Our Story
THE COUNTY...
...is full of people who know where to go, who to call, and how things really work; but that knowledge is often shared casually, in passing, or over social media groups. PEC Connect grew from the idea that local knowledge shouldn’t feel hidden or hard to access, and because sharing is caring, we're simplifying the scavenger hunt for locals looking to enjoy living in PEC.
AT THE SAME TIME...
...people visit the County looking to make memories with recommendations they can trust and experiences that feel authentic. PEC Connect brings those pieces together in one place, so locals can share what they know (and find what they need!), and visitors can feel welcomed, informed, and confident finding their way around the picturesque peninsula of Prince Edward County.

Mission & Values
From our founder
PEC Connect...
...grew out of everyday conversations: questions asked, recommendations shared, and the kind of local knowledge that usually lives in someone’s experience. The County has a strong sense of community, but our local communication and information doesn’t always travel evenly. I wanted to build a space where those connections could live openly and be useful to more people. Something practical, honest, and easy to come back to.
Whether you’re running a business, visiting for the first time, or settling in more permanently, my hope is that PEC Connect feels approachable and helpful. This isn’t about perfection or polish. It’s about clarity, trust, and making Prince Edward County easier to navigate for everyone. If it feels like a resource you’d recommend to a friend, then it’s exactly what I hoped it would be.
