Location: Emmanuel Baptist Church


Description: A free community movie screening of The King of Kings. This animated film follows a father sharing the story of Jesus with his son, turning a simple bedtime story into a meaningful and life-changing experience. Drinks and popcorn will be provided.

Picton Firefighters’ Association Easter Egg Hunt

Location: Picton Fairgrounds, 375 Picton Main Street


Description: Join the annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Picton Firefighters’ Association. The event includes fun egg hunts for kids ages 0–5 and 6–11, along with prizes like bikes and wagons. Registration starts at 9:00 AM, and the hunt begins at 10:00 AM (siren start).

Tickets: $4 per participant

SpringFest


Date(s): April 4, 2026 (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

Location: Macaulay Village Park (London Ave., The Heights), Picton, Ontario


Description: A free, all-ages community celebration (formerly Winterfest) featuring an afternoon of outdoor fun. Enjoy free food including chili, hot chocolate, roasted marshmallows, and sweet treats. Kids can receive free books from County Kids Read, plus there will be a performance by North Fire Circus and games and activities hosted by The Department of Illumination and Baxter Arts Centre.

Nourish the Soul Tea Leaf Reading Walk-In Day

Description: Join Wicked Botanicals at Nourish the Soul for tea leaf readings and a workshop experience. Participants can explore what the tea leaves reveal about their lives, questions, or future. The event includes a workshop followed by tea leaf reading sessions offering insight, clarity, and reflection through tasseomancy.


Tickets: $33 – 20 minutes , $50 – 30 minutes , $65 – 45 minutes

Easter Sunday Service

Description: Join Emmanuel Baptist Church for Easter Sunday services celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The service includes music, storytelling, and an inspiring message. Two service times are available: 9 AM and 11 AM.

Boogie Oogie Oogie 70s Dance Party



Date(s): April 11, 2026 (8:00 PM – 12:00 AM)


Location: Picton Elks Lodge, Picton, Ontario


Description: Get ready to groove at a 70s-themed dance party following the success of the 80s night. Featuring DJ Evan Lewis, this disco-filled evening invites guests to dance the night away to classic hits. Costumes are encouraged, and attendees can expect a fun, high-energy atmosphere inspired by the era of disco. This is a 19+ event. Cash only at the venue.



Tickets: $20 advance, $25 at the door

Repair Cafe

Date(s): April 25, 2026 (11AM-3PM)

Location: Picton Public Library, Picton


Description: A free community event focused on repairing and reusing everyday household items. Bring up to five items such as clothing, electronics, small appliances, etc and work with skilled volunteers to diagnose and repair them.


Attendees can also donate tools to a swap table, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with others. Drop-ins are welcome, or appointments can be booked in advance.


Tickets: Free (donations encouraged)
