A creative and heart-warming Valentine’s pottery event where you can design custom gifts just in time for the holiday. Connection Wand Experience

Dreamscapes in Fabric Collage

This is a two-day art workshop led by artist-instructor Hedy Campbell at The County Arts Lab in Picton. Explore colour, texture, and personal storytelling through fabric collage and simple hand stitching, building rich, imaginative scenes on canvas.

This features work by 10 textile artists who respond to intriguing and unexpected museum artifacts, exploring connections between historical objects and contemporary creativity. Conclusion
This time of the season is quieter, emptier and colder, so it’s valid that it takes a bit more effort to get up, get dressed and go outside once the sun goes down. As a local, this is exactly why these kinds of events matter. Even in the middle of the cold season, The County finds its ways to feel welcoming and warm.
Though these small but meaningful gatherings are easy to overlook, they are often the moments that make living here feel connected and familiar.
